If you would like something put in the bulletin please email Ryan Frank @ ryan.frank@live.ca with the announcement. If the announcement is done at the breakfast I will do my best to get the announcement in the bulletin, but to ensure that all announcement make it into the bulletin please email.

Let the membership committee know if you plan to bring a guest that intends to join the club.

Please sign the Christmas tree sign sheet if you haven't already.

The Children's Christmas Party is on December 6, if you plan on volunteering for the event please let the committee know as there is limited capacity.

The Rotary member Christmas Party will be held on December 8 at the Beech Center. Cocktails at 6pm and dinner at 7pm.

Tim F had his daughter do his year end books and was near breaking even.

Ross M is happy and sad that Judy is going to Myrtle Beach.

Jim Schell is happy to be with the club again.

Lyle G is re-retired again.

Club Assembly

The club assembly took place today. Angie - handed out a balance sheet to the club.

Rene (sue m proxy) - reported for Club Service A. Please sign up for the Christmas dinner.

Wayne R - The "4 in the door" campaign is working. On December 1 David Urso will be inducted into the club. To raise awareness of the club we will be sending profiles of members to the metroland publication.

Don H (Kevin A proxy) - Reported for the Vocational Committee. Don wanted to know why we haven't had a free breakfast yet. The committee was able to "stuff" for the Firehouse. The club will be assisting with Rotorac Clarington.

Don G - Had nothing new to report.

Brian B - was not available for comment.

Steve C - Reported for the International Committee. The committee's next meeting will be Dec 15 at 7pm at Kingsway Arms. The committee is putting together a manual for the next director that takes over the committee to make the directors role a little easier.

 
Ace of Hearts 50/50 Draw
 

The draw this week was for $1,763. Ron B pulled the 4 of hearts, better luck next time!!! Remember you can't win if you don't buy a ticket. Good luck!
