The Bowmanville Rotary Club once again demonstrated its support for the Rotary International Foundation with a Club donation of $2,500. This donation is in addition to the contributions made by individual members of the Club. The mission of Rotary International's Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty. Since it was founded more than 100 years ago, the Foundation has spend more than $4 billion on life-changing sustainable projects.
